REET Qualify Marks 2025

The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi, has set the minimum passing marks for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) at 60%. However, there is a provision to relax these minimum marks. According to a ruling by the Honorable Supreme Court on 18/10/2016, the state government has the authority to provide relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks. Following this directive, the previous government provided relaxation in the REET marks, offering good news to millions of candidates in Rajasthan. As a result, all candidates, except for those from the general category, will receive the minimum passing marks. Previously, the minimum qualifying marks for all categories of candidates in the REET exam were set at 60%.
